Damage claims in Zendesk, verified inside the ticket.

Verilo puts damage claims where your team already works. Send a live capture link from the Zendesk ticket; the evidence and the Result come back to the same ticket, with the order, the product and the shipment beside it.

In the ticket

What your agents see in Zendesk

A Verilo app in the ticket sidebar

The order, the product and the shipment the ticket is about, matched from the ticket, with the claim's status.

Send the link in one click

The link is placed in the agent's reply, and counts as sent when the reply goes out.

The Result in the ticket

Verified, Needs Review or Unable to Verify as an internal note, with the strong and weak checks named, and a tag your views and rules can use.

Record the outcome

Record what your team decided from the sidebar. Refund Issued and Replacement Sent open the order in Shopify admin, where you act.

Status

Every change, as an internal note

Zendesk shows Verilo's notes the moment they land, so the ticket always says where the claim is.

  • The link was sent.
  • The customer opened the link.
  • The Result is ready, with what the capture showed and a link to the evidence.
  • The outcome was recorded, and by whom.
  • The link expired before the capture was finished.

Automatic links

Send links without lifting a finger

Automatic links watch new Zendesk tickets for your rules: a tag, or words such as "damaged" or "broken", with an optional minimum item value. When a ticket matches and its order and item are certain, Verilo sends the link exactly as an agent would. Anything less certain is left to the agent with a note saying why.

Rules are previewed against your last 30 days of tickets before they can be switched on, so you see what they would have done first.

Setup

Connecting Zendesk

  1. Install Verilo from the Shopify App Store

Your orders, products and tracking numbers come from Shopify.

  2. Connect Zendesk

Create an OAuth client in Zendesk Admin Center and paste its details under Integrations; Verilo walks you through it, and so does the setup guide. Then approve Verilo on Zendesk's own page.

  3. Add the Verilo app to the ticket sidebar

Download the Verilo app from the Integrations page and upload it in Zendesk as a private app, then send the first link from a damage ticket. Private apps need a Zendesk plan that allows them; Suite Team and Support Team do not.

Do agents need a Verilo login to work in Zendesk?
